ellana joyful and spellbound eotd day and night

So another eye of the day post =) now im using my ellana eye shadow pigments joyful and spellbound
joyful was bought intended for undereyeliner,cause i thought pigments will make more vibrant results,but this one has pink and gold shimmers wich is too light to use for undereye liner..
and spellbound looks like cranberry with tiny specks of gold shimmer..this was recommended by an SA in sm mkti ellana booth


for day used joyful on eyelid and spellbound outer lids







for night used joyful all over lids and used a dark purple shadow on the outer to define crease!

Breeze day and night-Eotd

Its so hard to use blue eyeshadow! for me blues tend to look tacky specially in my skintone,im NC20. but i love how it can brighten your eyes,and it is instantly noticeable from afar! i like that sometimes it can look gray or dark navy in other angles and other lightings. i just love it! I actually envy some saleslady i saw in Sm Dept store,wearing blue eyeshadow,some of them are experts! and they only use local inexpensive makeup to pull off the look! i think blue really suits morena or tanned skin...i wish i can take a picture one day! aha! il just do that! hehe for my next post that is.

Here we go with browns!!! i feel like i master more with browns than any other colors,maybe because browns are more natural,making it easier to blend to our own skin,i call this Cashmere

Its so so hot,summer is definitely here! instead of going overboard on colors,i subdued my eye makeup,i think browns are really the way to go if you want neatly effortless eye makeup,its the way to go if you want to have that no make up-makeup look.lately ive been experimenting on browns and oranges...take a look

Olives and greens sparkly eotd

whenever i have sparkly or less pigmented eyeshdows i put it over dark ones to make the color appear,its rich and surprisingly sophisticated not tacky.
i used a dark olive eyeshadow first and then my lumiere cats eye over it.result is nice but subdued smokey look..
im terrible in blending!im trying to master that art,and of course hope i can take better pictures someday

my first eyes of the day post

hi,its the first time im gonna post an eye makeup i did on myself,using my favorite Za palette bought in hongkong,i am really looking for the best gray eyeshadow palette lately but cant find any to my fancy,so i used this instead,colors are shimmery,like almost all asian eyeshadows available.maybe because of our small eyes,shimmer makes it bigger and noticeable.

i also used a brown shade not included in the palette for the space between my browbone and crease..


a little bit crossed eyed from looking at the camera.lesson learned!
