Tous Les Jours mocha crunch cake review

I was looking all over for Tous Les jours cakeshop,when i dropped by sm north edsa,asking random security guards who don't have a clue about what im talking about,the name itself is hard to remember,how do you pronounce it anyways? i just said, "yung nagbebenta ng cake na korean" (the korean cake shop)
FInally we got there and the saleslady was really bend on selling us this mocha cake,she said we will never regret buying this,and that its one of the best tasting cake in their mocha range...

I wanted to try their macarons,good thing they had it on top of this cake,but they can be bought separately
Its uncomparable to bizus,but nonetheless its not too sweet,and yummy,not bad at all...

Oh wow! the best thing about this cake is their cake knife,its so cute! they also include 3 long thin candles for free..so generous of them,just for this, i recommend getting their cakes! i love how companies thought about their consumers! so hassle free!!!

the box the box!!! so impressed with the box,in comparison with other cake company i know,this box is sturdy and thick! looks so posh and expensive,almost dont want to throw it away!

The verdict,the cake is moist,soft,and i love that its not sweet,theirs' this twist to this cake,because the brown icing covering the the top part of the cake is tangy! so imagine a mocha cake with a tangy icing,its a bit different form what we're used to,but its unique,the down part of the cake is that it doesnt have that buttery smell,you know the smell of a bakeshop when u walk in to,maybe they used a high grade butter thats not too fattening,im not sure...but id love to try more of their cakes!

jocarste nail polish review

Ive been getting more jocarste nail polishes,here's my previous post

I used a jocarste nail glitter over an etude house milky pink polish to have texture and make it more noticeable,cause the milky pink tends to get washed out with my own hands,the glitters are so subtle but classy with the right amount of bling! i like it

You can get it at watsons,and landmark,but not all watsons carry them,and colors are usually limited,the best colors get sold quickly! i cant find anymore purple ones.

Already having doubts that i can get hold of their clear top coat,cause they ran out so fast! havent seen an actual bottle yet.

as for yellow nails,the result is quite the same with other local polishes,2 weeks will make my nails yellow.

wont chip off easily,just use a nice top coat

Bobbie Glaze Solar Burst Nail polish

Saw this awesome nail polish from the Bobbie non-toxic line while doing my grocery shopping,tried it on today under different colors of polishes that i already own,since this was almost like a top coat with gold shimmers and huge circular glitters in blue,red,silver and gold.
Didn't wear this today but i tried it with different bases to see what nail color il be coming up with these new one. The name is SOLAR BURST! Best of all its non-toxic!

etude house sweet style hairspray

Ssed this hairspray from etude house for this hairstyle,bought this hairspray in the etude house sale from P198.00 to P158.40 that's 20%off! what i can say about this hairspray is...it does not flake,it holds your style all day,it can be hard cause this one says ultra hard! so i was really careful when i sprayed this on my hair,holding it atleast 6 inches away from my hair,getting the mists end and not spray it directly,this might be hard to remove if you put too much,yes it does leave your hair stuck together,so you need to shower before going to bed,but the scent is very pleasant,not like those other hairsprays that makes you nauseous all day but it does not flake! does not flake! really...happy!!! boo! aquanet

Etude House Phillippines Grand sale!!

After 50,000 likes on their facebook fanpage,Etude House Philippines is having their grand sale on all branches!!!

Quick dash to Sm North Edsa

Hav'nt been to SM north Edsa in ages!,its the first mall Sm shoemart built since their first Department store in Carriedo manila. its been overhauled,remodeled,metamorphozised! into a much more bigger and better mall for mall rats like me,So I was looking forward to go there,but not because of these reasons,but because lots of new and upcoming cosmetics brand are in there! and whenever i visit other Sm branches and some items i want to purchase like clothes,and stuff for my children are all out of stock,i'm always told by there SA's that they have more in Sm north.
After dinner we raced there,but got stuck in traffic along edsa (no hope!), when i did get there,i only had a couple of hours to shop,so i had to be a quick mall rat LOL! unlike Mall of Asia that closes by 10 pm,Sm north closes by 9.
Quickly! I rushed in their makeup counters! behold! tonymoly,etude house,majorlica majorca,and elf surprisingly had lots of stocks!cant find contour brush anywhere! but they have it! and also the studio line contour brush! i had to get the latter, =) sadly they dont have the highlighter and blush compact that i wanted.
So here's what i bought just in the nick of time! paid just before closing time,whew!but my hubby bought a lot of clothes! well,i also dropped by my fave clothing brand inside the dept store which is studio S to find this jumpsuit,oos! boohoo!

Beauty cosmetics fair-SM Mall of asia

Went to the sm Mall of asia beauty cosmetics fair,was disappointed by the selections of brands included and the items displayed,as if watsons was not far away,which all those brands are already available,the fair is located in front of watsons near starbucks,SM had to make a "fair". well,they fooled me! haha i went there,from the etude house facebook post that they have an etude booth until may 31,but didn't buy anything though,so i just took pictures.
its ironic that im near Sm manila than mall of asia,but i seldom go to the former,(ETude house boutique in sm manila,etude house booth in sm mall of asia department store by june)its just that sm mall of asia is more of a relaxing place to go,rather than the hustle and bustle sm manila,its crowded with people and passerby.
I was planning to get the eyeliners and lipliners,but they're all not in stock in the fair.Looking forward to the Bubble hair coloring,coming by june in sm manila,but in stock in sm megamall.

Etude House haul

I love Etude House products,just because their products are so unique compared to local products that are offered here,thay are also much cheaper compared to The Face Shop and Skinfood!i always have fun going their and hauling.
Ive been trying their skincare stuff lately and I was looking for a toner,one guy SA suggested i tried the mini size U toner,its basically for shrinking pores. He said that he's been ising it and he has this really tight poreless skin! i got intrigued! i got the sample kit for about Php500+.includes a toner,emulsion and a serum. the serum is really nice! thick but not creamy,quickly absorbs too.


I also got my daily facial wash (Happy Tea Time Cleansing Foam) cause i ran out of the peach tea,i was looking for the green tea variant to try next,for its antibacterial purpose,but the only variant available was milk tea. Just because its Php148 or $3.36 its my go to facial wash everyday.
Been hearing lots of good reviews about the Pore tightening sleeping pack,and i love it! compared to my mini size U set. u can feel your skin really smooth the next day after using it.i think its about Php400+

etude sm manila haul

Went to Sm Manila just to go to the newly opened Etude House branch. After opening there 1st one in Sm Megamall,2nd one Filinvest Alabang,and 3rd one in Sm Makati, Manileneas felt extra special when they paid special attention to out pink addiction =)
I did not have any idea where it was located in the mall,but my instinct lead me riding the first escalator going to the 2nd floor,I quickly spotted Healthy Options,Watsons and Sm department store,felt like asking someone already,but as i walked further, I saw a man who looked like hes been waiting long for his girl shopping inside etude! teehee
Yey! like a giddy girl,i scanned they're products but skincare was really my target,I'm in need of a new toner and my facial scrub is running out too. I think i spent almost an hour deciding what to get,there's this really helpful SA that stood out from the rest of them bec she's pretty and petite,knows the products and not giving me business talk,i love that they dont persuade you to buy more,the rest where just staring at me,and i have to call they're attention when i need to ask about something,and one time a daughter of one of the SA came,and when i asked her about a product,she looked at me like shes busy attending to her personal visitor,and almost hesitated for a second to answer me,looked back at her daughter and answered,i know how it feels to work and not see ur family,but customer relations is always first right? anyhoo,i didnt felt like a princess inside Sm Manila branch like the other GT members are saying that SA's in Megamall would greet you good morning princess and carry ur basket while ur shopping. Its okay,i went for the products anyways.
